Issue in "you need to assign security roles to new users. click to see a list of users who need microsoft dynamics crm security roles." in ms crm 2011

while i was browing MS CRM 2011 , i just caught the bellow message in the yellow ribbon.

"you need to assign security roles to new users. click to see a list of users who need microsoft dynamics crm security roles."

when i click the "Assign Roles" button, i got the blank screen.

actually, as i obsereved, the list is fetching from another org list, where as i have diff org in the browser url.
this seems somethins weired...
